kick flips are really fucking hard

I have owned a skateboard for about 5 years now and i'm still pretty much trash. With that being said, when I have "practiced" - it’s been balls to the wall (Or to the board) practice. I still can’t fucking kick flip and I don’t know what to do anymore. I can Ollie and even kind Of 180 spin the board and land on it (I’m sure there’s a term I don’t know of right now) - but no kick flip. someone send help. I know this is a shot in the dark, and is pretty much like lighting a fire in my backyard with hopes of tony hawk showing up to help me.................... but any help is appreciated.
